Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly before completing your order, as address changes may not be possible once dispatch has begun.

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During launches, promotions, public holidays, or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier. Most orders arrive within 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, however regional locations may require additional time.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may be affected by courier network delays outside our control.

Tracking is provided on all orders. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link so you can follow its progress.
If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, contact us and we will assist.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to sender.
