We currently ship across Australia and New Zealand. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Please ensure your delivery details are entered correctly before completing your order, as address changes may not be possible once dispatch has begun.

Dispatch timing

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days. During launches, promotions, public holidays, or high-volume periods, dispatch times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been packed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Tracking

Tracking is provided on all orders. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking link so you can follow its progress.

If tracking has not updated after a reasonable period, contact us and we will assist.

Returns policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to sender.

We will review the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
